Clearing Debts to Avoid legal action

Hi,

I've been trying to clear my debts over the past few years but I've only manage to pay the minimum sum most of the times which resulted in the main amount not reducing...

Im the main supporter for my family paying for my rental unit, baby necessities and bills.....

After paying for all that I have barely enough to last the whole month and that is why I can only afford to pay the minimum amount....

I will try pay more if I have extra but this only happens when I manage to have overtime for that month...

They sent me a legal letter recently asking for full amount and I tried to negotiate with the banks but failed. I've managed to find 2k to pay part of it but I still need abt 5k...

They are only giving me till end of this year to clear all of the outstanding debts or they will proceed with legal action...

Appreciate any help offered to offset the debts so I can clear the outstanding debts without them taking any actions.... 😢😢..... I have a 2 year son and is currently staying in a rental unit with my hubby....
