CLEAN & SOBER – TRYING TO STAY THAT WAY

I am clean and sober and trying to stay that way. I'm not looking for a handout but a help up. I am looking to raise some money to buy a used car that will allow me to get to work and to my meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous/ Narcotics Anonymous so that I can be self-supporting and continue moving forward in life instead of backwards.

I'm not looking for a new car, just a simple, humble mode of transportation that will get me from place A to place B, RELIABLY.

Its very difficult to have to rely on other people for rides, or to catch the bus back from an evening meeting. There are SO many good meetings and I dont want to get stuck somewhere late at night and place my recovery in jeopardy cause Im in a bad place at a bad time and cant get out of there.

I am already working at a new job, so Im not just being a bum.
