It's been 15 years since graduation - where did the time go?  Let's celebrate by getting together and catching up with old and current friends! Main Event Where: Hilton Garden Inn - Hamilton When: Friday, September 18th @ 6:30pm Suggested Cost: $68 per person Saturday Family Meet & Greet Where: Mercer County Park When: Saturday, September 19th @ 10am What does this cost cover? --> Buffet Dinner (3 Course Meal); Bartender Fee for a cash bar; DJ expenses; room deposit; table decorations; Mercer County Park Permit Fee; Donuts and coffee for our Saturday Meet and Greet Why must we collect the money upfront? --> We are collecting the money for BOTH event deposits (and the DJ) to secure the dates of the venues (Hilton and MC Park).  We want to make it fair so that no one has to pay for the events upfront using their personal money.   Can I donate more money for the reunion? --> Of course!  This is just a suggested amount. How did you arrive at this amount? --> We added up all the KNOWN expenses that would not change (Like deposits, DJ cost, etc.) and assumed that at least 100 people would say YES and then divided the number to arrive at this amount. Are spouses invited? --> Yes, spouses are invited to both events. Are children invited? --> Kids are ONLY invited to the Saturday morning Meet & Greet. Should I book a flight or hotel yet? --> No, please wait until all the final dates are confirmed and the deposits are collected.  This should be finalized by April 17th and you will see an announcement at that time.   Will there be a discount rate for a hotel? --> Yes, we will block some rooms at this hotel and/or a hotel in the vicinity.  Can I pay in installments --> Yes, you will just need to send an email to [email protected] and Yvonne will send you a paypal link.  All installments must be paid by July 10th. Can I pay after the crowdfunding campaign ends? --> Yes.  We need this campaign amount in the next 10 days to secure the room, park permit and DJ otherwise we will lose the dates.  We will send instructions after THIS crowdfunding campaign ends in Early April for others who want to attend.  Can I volunteer to help? --> Of Course!  Once the dates are secure, we will ask for volunteers from our fellow classmates.  Please address any other questions to [email protected] -- Thanks everyone!
