The business is a start-up business, providing clients with Catering. CJ's Southern BBQ will be the only Southern barbecue concept of it's kind in the Federal Way Washington area, Our recipes, & techniques have been perfected over time and our main items are slow smoked to produce that unique one of a kind flavor that you can't get anywhere else but CJ's Southern BBQ .
