Chrysalis Centre for Change is a women's mental health charity offering a wide range of support services to vulnerable women in need. We support women with mental health problems and/or with experience of domestic abuse, current or historic. We offer counselling, courses to increase confidence and self-esteem, and reduce the impact of domestic abuse and mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. As a Registered Charity we rely on funding and fundraising to enable us to continue to deliver these invaluable services for free to women in need.
