Christmas Needs Help 2016

Hi, My name is John Snarski. I live in Pennsylvania in Altoona where the economy is very hard for us. We don’t have letters to Santa here. Im writing to ask about finding help with the Operation Santa or any help at all for Christmas. I would like to ask if you could maybe help me personally or give my info to someone that can, hoping that if two or three people can send one or two Christmas gifts, that everything will be ok for us this year and my girls will have a happy Christmas.

Im a single dad recently married for the first time, 43 and a former preachers step son, with two little girls Taylor and Peyton, ages 8 and 10 and this is the second time I’ve ever had to ask for help like this due to my situation. We are good christian people and a nice little family. I love family life but I’m not worried about myself, just them having a nice Christmas. I did try locally and Im reaching out here to see If someone in this world understands our situation.

After loosing my job last year, Im currently making just enough money to barely pay the rent. I put myself through school and was doing ok for a long while and I really just cant believe the situation that were in. We don’t have a car, so everything I do requires walking or public transportation.

I actually have to get my groceries with a big backpack every month. We also can go to the foodbank monthly and can get some used clothes for them at a local church.. It all helps. I would not ask If I didn’t need some help, but this is for my kids that I care about deeply.

The kids mom abandonded them. I don’t get any help from family as I grew up with a step dad that has no interest in my or my kids lives and have a mom who left the family when I turned 18. I did find a wonderful woman and we are married and she works part time and takes all the hours she can but our heads are barely above water. I love her and so do the kids but she doesnt have kids of her own and nothing can replace a mom when you loose her, especially at such a young age.

Im almost 44 now and we have seen the kids mom maybe three times since she left them. She is so self involved and does not care to help us or even get to know her own children, but Im there God willing, as their champion and hero to the best of my ability.

Shes missing out for sure. Its really not an easy life right now at all, we are on our own in the fullest sense of it. I do the best I can to stay positive and let my girls know that I love them but I don’t have the means to have much of a Christmas for them this year and the oldest has her birthday on December 20th to add to the situation. I love them so much!

Life is very difficult right now, we are doing the best we can. Im trying to do everything I can and get all of the help I can so that they can have a couple of presents under the tree from Santa. Can you please help me in some way ? Here is Our info if you can maybe please help us directly somehow, or to send the info to someone who can.

My Name is John Snarski. My two girls are Taylor and Peyton, age 8 and age 10. My oldest is in Fourth Grade and the little one does her best to keep up with her big sister. Peyton, the youngest is in second grade now.

They are great kids. They are both girls but a little tomboyish because I raised them myself.

They like just about anything really: I asked them and this is what they told their Daddy, we looked online at the library.

Ideas... Arts and crafts, Five Nights at Freddies(plushies, Play sets, Articulated Action Figures) Nom-Noms, Shopkins, Minecraft, Lego Play Sets, Sonic The Hedgehog, Radio Controlled Flying things they like, clothes Taylor is girls size 16/18 and Peyton is girls size 10/12

Toys, like little animals or pets, Animal Jam are also great. They also like toys that let you make something also and the oldest is turning into a great little artist.

Playing Musical instruments. Playing Video Games is a hope. They ask for a XBox1 to play and a game called Skyrim, but I doubt that will happen, maybe someday in the future.

Learning Toys, Electronic Toys. Girly Items for Their Room even would work. Pretty much anything, just something. Pretty much anything, I really care and am so hopeful that someone out there can help my girls to have a nice Christmas. I LOVE MY CHILDREN. God is on our side!

If you can help or know someone that can, we really need it. My cell phone number is 814 381-3267 and I just got phone minutes and I have a picture of me on facebook too if you would like to see who we are.

Thank You So Much and God Bless You as Well, With Sincere Appreciation,

John
