Campaign Story
Cloe is a 20 years old, young and dynamic young lady, full of life, hope and happiness. A third-year Tourism student of LPU-Batangas @Philippines. She is one of the two daughters of Caroline Layag, our dear helper and part of our family.
Cloe has been suffering for the past four months. Life, as we know it, has stopped for her. She stopped walking first, then talking and moving. She has only recently been formally diagnosed with a tumour in her brain, which has caused severe swelling. She urgently needs to go through an operation to get the fluid and the tumour out. With this fundraiser, we are aiming to secure USD 25,000. This is for her surgery and follow up treatments
She is at Quirino Memorial Medical Center, waiting for her funds to be able to have the surgery. Time is the essence now; we will kick-start with this information. We will be posting extra details as we receive them.
She, and her family, would be more than appreciative of any amount of donation you can make.

Hi, Before closing this fundraiser, I wanted to give a final update to all who donated for Cloe. Unfortunately, after a long battle in the hospital, Cloe passed away last week.Once again, thank you for all your donations.All the best, Basak

Update posted by BASAK TROTTER at 04:25 amCloe had her first brain surgery yesterday. After 7 hours of operation, She is still sleeping. She gained consciousness at some stage and was responsive. She continues with her rest in the hospital. Her doctor explained that they removed 80-90% of the tumour. He mentioned that the rest was in. . . . .
