child hit by van

my child was hit by a speeding van. Now after multiple surgeries, skin grafts, being rehabilitated from a wheelchair to learning to walk again the insurance company is denying claim and the driver was uninsured. now I'm left with the financial burden and emotional traumas this has taken on my daughter who is left with severe scarring and a limp when she walk.
