CHEF IN THE HOOD

My Name is Nokukhanya Dladla am driven by the passion to empower woman to be self employed and be able to turn there cooking skill to a business venture so as to be able support themselves and the family at larger. CHEF IN THE HOOD IT'S A CAMPAIGN TO CELEBRATE WOMAN IN MY NEIGHBOURHOOD BY ENTERING A COMPETITION FREE OF CHARGE AND THE RUNNER UP GETS AN EXCITING PRIZES, WINNER WILL BE DECIDED BY CELEBRITY CHEFS AS JUDGES FROM SOUTH AFRICA.THIS IS AN INITIATIVE TO PROMOTE LOCAL AND TRADITIONAL FOOD AND SHOWCASING IT TO THE WORLD AT LARGE BY DOING SO WE ARE PRESERVING OUR CULTURE.THE FUNDS THAT WILL BE RAISED WILL GO INTO BUYING PRIZES FOR THE RUNNER UP DETAILS AS FOLLOW

1st Prize will be fully furnished mobile kitchen with a trailer installed with some extra funds to be able to start up.

2nd prize will be 4plate Gas & Electric stoves with a cooking course voucher

3rd Prize will be 100lchest freezer with a cooking course voucher

4th Prize will be a microwave with a cooking course voucher

Part of the funds raised will used in sponsoring extra 7-10 aspiring youth for a short cooking course to empower them.

Lastly funds will be used for venue hire,equipments ,logistics ,publicity and payment of service providers.
