Reward excellence
The South African National Taxi Industry Awards (SANTIA’s) is created to recognise the role the Taxi Industry, has played and continues to play, in driving the social and economic fibre of South Africa; also recognises the men and women that have shaped the industry to what it is today
The South African National Taxi Industry Awards will recognise the heroes and heroines that, till today, have remained unsung not only within the transportation industry but also amongst the commuters and society at large.
The South African National Taxi Industry Awards intends to recognise these foot soldiers of our country who have transported most of the South African population to and from our homes to work places whilst also providing the means to commute to sporting events, community gatherings, funerals and to visit friends and family.
The South African National Taxi Industry Awards will recognise fearless entrepreneurs who ventured into the taxi industry in the midst of apartheid when it was difficult, if not impossible, for black people to operate any type of business
