Hi there, I am Emily and I am an independent artist and I love to paint all things magical and create stories from the paintings.
In April last year, I funded my first book, Strangehollow here on Kickstarter and it was an absolutely amazing experience!
Anything to do with folklore, fairytales and strange legends fascinates me.
I grew up completely in love with the illustrated books of these tales and then later, movies such as Labyrinth and Legend. Jim Henson's creatures definitely had a big impact on me, as well as Ray Harryhausen.
