Car Totaled & We need a New Car for a baby on the way

Hello I like to start off by introducing myself and the love of my Life. My name is Brandon and the love of my life is Keisha.   I am American and she is Canadian so traveling is a must for the both of us.  Recently my pregnant girlfriend and I was traveling in Detroit, Michigan back home where she leaves in Windsor, ON and a car was traveling the wrong way on the highway.  I was traveling 65-70 mph which was the posted speed limit and tried to avoid the oncoming vehicle but he/she clipped the back end of my car which left us spinning out of control.  We hit the concrete wall on the passager side ( girlfriends side ) so hard the keys fell out of the ignition.  The muffler was torn off and the next thing you know sparks were flying and me saying get out get out as the person that hit us did not even stop.   The police never found them or even tried to give us a update.  

             Keisha tried to get out of the vehicle but the door was jammed and so she had to clim over the console and exit out on my side while the vehicle was still running.   I got her to a safe place on the shoulder and went back to the vehicle to find the keys and turn off the car.  So there I was in my pitch black vehicle with no light to see that had sparks flying from underneath and a loud sound from the muffler being ripped off looking on the floorboard for keys to turn the car off.  I finally found them and turned off the vehicle as I was reaching in my pocket for my phone to call 911 emergency.    A couple people stopped to help us as The EMS was showing up. 

         They started to assist me but I was more worried about my girlfriend then myself even though I had a sprained ankle.  Her collarbone on he left side was really hurting her and her stomach so they put her on a gurney at almost 8 months pregnant.  I grabbed a couple of things from the car and off we were to the hospital.  They rushed her in immediately and I had to wait in the lobby but then realized that my ankle was pretty bad.   I had to sign off that i did not want to receive care from the EMS because I was too worried about my girlfriend However i did receive car at the hospital.  All together we were in the hospitals for a little less than 2 day.  Yes I did say hospitals because the first one was not equipped to do Ultrasounds but they did a x-ray that did not show any broken bone but they wanted her to wear a neck brace just in case.  I received crutches and a little medicine to ease the pain but i was more hurt that the women I love and having my kid is in the hospital. 

                   My worries were that I could lose both of them from a terrible that was not in my control.  My girlfriend keisha has a heart condition and had to have heart surgery when she was a little girl so her pregnancy is high risk.  Saying all of that the lord blessed my family with no major injuries or complications.  My car insurance ( State Farm ) is covering all of my medical bills except for $500 dollar. 

          The reason why I am reaching out to you is because now I am in need of a new vehicle that I can not purchase on my own.  I work full time in Southfield, Michigan and my girlfriend lives in Windsor, Ontario so I have to cross the boarder several time a week to be with her and go to work.  Right now friends and family members are helping me out the best they can.   Keisha's friend is taking her to her appointments that are now every week and our baby is due August 12th, 2013. 

        My concern is to be able to be there right away when Keisha goes into labor.  Also to get my family around to where they need to be and of course to go back and forth to work.  Anything that you can donate will help tremendously and is greatly appreciated.  I would like to say thank you in advance for all of your help and I hope and prey that my message is seen.
