Car regristration

Greetings, my name is Eldar I am from Bosnia and I would not start this all if I was not in need for it.

The situation involves mz car regristration, I do not want you to read a lot of my text so I will keep it short.

I lost my job at a TV station because I was there no longer needed over the summer sadly and in my country it is hard to find a new job in a short time. I need the car to visit my university a couple of times in a month and to drive my grandma around, she is eighty three this year. My university is around 200 km away from home and I can not relay on the public transport here.

So any help would be greatly appreciated and I promise that I will help out somebody else as soon as I get a new job!!!
