Car accident left me with expensive surgery costs and no vehicle

I was involved in a car accident that left me with a broken neck, severe head wound, and an arm which was almost severed off. I was lucky that my arm was able to be saved. I will have to undergo many surgeries. My vehicle was totaled. I have a small child that I will need to provide child care for as I am a single parent with no family. The vehicle malfunctioned due to a mechanical error. I will have to go undergo extensive rehab for my arm in hopes that I will be able to get full use of it again, although the surgeon is not optimistic about it, however, the physical therapist is. Below are some photos of the truck that was totaled when I was driving. I was borrowing the truck for a move. Thanking God that my child was not in the vehicle at the time. Please excuse the images as they were not taken by me but someone had sent these to me from the salvage yard earlier. I had the home health nurse take a photo of the X-fix on my arm until my next arm surgery scheduled in a couple of days. Anything will help. God bless you all.
