Buy a PC for graphics designing and video editing

I am Josheph Fok living in the Tsuen Wan of Hongkong. I am 23 years old. Since my childhood, I was good at drawing and graphic works. My parents bought a laptop computer for me when I was 16th. I used to play games all over time. Sometimes I forgot to sleep. By the time it was sick for me playing games. Then I started to draw using windows paint software. I could be able to improve my drawing skills using paint software. I became a paint expert. Then I practice with adobe illustrator and photoshop. Now I think I am expert for graphic processing software.
I can work with some video processing software like filmora and ulead. I have done some projects for my friends and neighbors. But not for the money, free of charge. I have designed logos and banners for some charities and organizations. Some online works completed as a freelancer, successfully.
Finally, I thought to start my own business in the graphic design field. I bought an old container box (20 feet) and kept it in front of my house. I furnished it and improved the interior design with wooden boards. Now it is a bit good studio from my point of view. I got some local and overseas orders from freelancing websites. I completed graphic design projects and video editing projects. However, income is only enough to cover my daily expenses. But some video projects can't complete with my machine performance. I didn't accept some high-quality scale projects. I guess I have skills but not physical assets. I am looking to upgrade my computer to advanced graphic design status. Then I can get large scale projects to my studio and do high-quality designs and editing.
I will highly appreciate if you could help me to buy a new computer with high graphic performance. I am sure I will be a good graphic designer and editor in the town if I get high-performance PC.
