Business ready to go, just need funding

Hey everyone,

I'm a stay at home dad trying to supplement the family income. My business will be repairing, optimizing, building, custom designing & consulting for customers. I have a business plan ready, my website domain is active (just need my website uploaded), and I have a list of equipment and certifications I need (I have about 15 years experience; the certifications are to inspire customer confidence). The only thing I need now is funding. I have tried the banks, but you need to have credit to get credit . I have also tried small business associations, but they just refer me to banks.
