Business opportunity for a financial partner

I am looking for financial partners to go into a venture with me. Tourism in South Africa is the one industry that the government is focusing on boosting, as South Africans living inland regularly travel to the coast on holiday. One of the most popular holiday destinations on the Kzn coast is a lovely town called Ballito. It is the playground for the upper income bracket South Africans. And most South Africans have children which they bring on holiday with them.

I want to tap into this market with a concept that has made huge money all over the world, and it so happens that there is a gap in the market here.

I am not going to discuss the whole concept here as all my previous plans laid out on these sites have been copied by people and used to make themselves rich while I got no part in it. Serious investors can contact me for a full breakdown and business model.

The basic plan is a shop called "Bad habits". Bubble waffles, speciality milkshakes, speciality cakes, pies and tarts, speciality hot chocolates and a variety of build-your-own options, all freshly prepared and served as take away.

These menu items are relatively cost effective to prepare with big profit margins, and guarantee a business opportunity like few others.

Investor partners will recieve their initial investment back with above board interest, as well as annual profit sharing, and possible franchising opportunities exist. These will all be negotiated before finalisation of the project.

I already have a few available properties in mind and just await a partnership to finalise.

Please note, I will only accept a maximum of 10 partners for this venture. If I get 1 or 2 that are serious and can provide the funds needed that will be better, with better profit sharing and more money to be made in general.
