Business Investition- Croatia full of beauty

Croatia is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, in Croatia we have beautifull coasts, crystal clear sea,1244 islands, 9 national parks 11 nature parks. Croatia is fourth in Europe with water resources wich is a lot if you consider size of country. Shortly, we have all kind of huge potential for business such as summer and winter tourism, ekologic agriculture...

One of the luck in unluck(on unluck i mean that the most industry is ruined - but about that later), is that we dont have almost any big pollutants. On the map we are on great traffic position, we have new airports, great positionig harbors, 90% of connected highways. Croatian worker is one of the most respected worker in Europe(you can ask any entrepreneur in Germany of Ireland where are most workers go in last 2 years).

But now i must speak truth about bad things in Croatia( wich is totally unnecessary bad here). First and almost the only bad thing is corruption. Rulling class is so uncompetence that the only thing they do, is raising taxes and taking bribe from taxpayers money, or take national companies and sell all machines and worth things for they own profits.They are closing work places with that kind of policy, because of that i say that you can ask Germany or Ireland entrepreneur what is worthy of Croatian worker. Because of that, many people (foreign investors) who want to start any kind of business are giving up, only because administration is too complicated and too corupted.

Because of that i want to start business wich will ease and help for anybody interested in starting a profitable business, considering about buying vacation house, want to come here to live(belive me nature and relular people are great)..., or any kind of service.

My name is Ivan Dukovic, I am master of law, I graduated in November 2016, well know domestic laws, and know how work with corrupt and very complicated administration here(for example you need 24 permissions for build one house). Also the main thing why i apply on this website is that i have 2 projects, but of course only thing i need is money,
