I’m a new start up sealant Application business, I’m a sole trader battling with big long standing companies that take zero pride in their work or attitudes, I want to be able to train people fresh who haven’t been fortunate enough to get a trade under their belts

Fighting with the bug companies I don’t have the cash roll to be able to pay a person to come to work and train in this field as big contractors that take us on make you wait 30-60 days before they will even entertain a invoice.
