Building Volunteer Housing For Underprivileged Muay Thai Kids

Hey guys!

I am so overwhelmed by all of your support! We absolutely smashed the previous fundraiser and built these kids a permanent home! I am back in Thailand now and want to complete this project. As of right now, we've built them a gym, a house and a school. To make this sustainable for them, we need to build volunteer/visitor housing.

Currently, there is no space for anyone to stay and visit the gym. Not only will this housing allow people to come and train with these amazing kids, but it will also provide much-needed income for them. Also, so many of you have contacted me asking how you can visit, but this will not be possible until there is space for you!

Building volunteer housing will allow visitors to come, train with and even teach (if qualified) these kids. Whether it is teaching them English in the new school, helping hold pads for them, letting them hold pads for you… Let's make this happen!!!!

Children born into a Thai village are in a fight from the moment they enter the world. They are fighting fate and a childhood of drugs, alcohol, gang violence, and even rape, the same fate which has defeated generation after generation before them. Very few children have the strength or opportunity to defy the odds, but once they make it to adulthood, they are dealt another set of challenges: menial employment or a life of crime. By building this community, we have literally changed the path of their destiny.

The housing will consist of three furnished, air conditioned bungalows. They will be located right next to the gym, house, and school. This will be a permanent community, providing jobs to the kids when they are older and also many generations after, forever!

They really do deserve it, I want you all to experience their magic, their passion and dedication. It is truly inspiring and we could all learn a lot from them. It wasn’t their choice to be born in an area of no opportunity, so let’s create it for them!
