BUILDING OUR RETIREMENT HOME

We have had a dream for 35 years to build our own home and finally chanced upon a perfect plot in the wilds of North Devon. The build started via a Letter of Intent but our builder has just dropped a bombshell that it is going to cost £34000 more to build. We have moved out of our rental and are living in a caravan on site in anticipation of the build starting in earnest this month. We cannot proceed without having the assurance we have enough funds. I am doing 3 jobs to help and my husband works long hours. We are asking for donations to make up this large shortfall and thank you for reading this.
