First Steps Kindergarten is a start-up organization that provides educational services to Three Rivers and surrounding areas. This mid-sized child care facility serves children from three months to eight years of age. Our services are safe and secure, providing parents with an excellent place where their children can be taken care of.

Objectives.
1.Our school is in need of your help to ensure that we can survive this pandemic. COVID-19 has caused our school to be shut down for months and this has caused huge financial losses. We have 13 staff members and we are trying to protect their livelihoods alongside the school.

Mission.

First Steps Kindergarten is committed to providing learning experiences for each child in preparation for early success and school readiness. We provide a learning environment that supports children to develop the strengths and skills necessary for them to construct their own knowledge and prepare them for their next school environment. Close personal attention to each child is essential to providing a quality experience for all children; therefore, adequate personnel will be hired to ensure each child has the proper supervision will in our care.

Why we need your help.

With the recent loss of income which helped the school financially due to COVID-19 it has come to an agreement that we need outside help. We need to look outwards to get help to keep our staff and prevent our school from closing down.

First Steps Kindergarten was opened 7th January 2018 in honour of Declan Ras who was born with Total Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum & Autism. It was through him that we saw the lack of quality education facilities in our community and we hope through your help we can keep our doors open to keep on providing quality education.
