building a house for my mother

I would like to build a small house for my mother in a safe environment.I lost my brother in an electric cable shock due to the illegal electricity connections in the area,i also lost a sister due to a fire that ahd started 110m away from my home but because of the compression of the shacks my mothers shack was also burnt.Please help me build a safe home for my mother and my siblings
