Finish the Dome

Hello, we are Michael Doss, Terra Bundance and Birdie Doss-Bundance (our 4yo son). For the past year and a half, we have been building our 5 acre, geodesic Domestead Farm with our savings, and we are at the end of our savings with about $50,000.00 left to finish the Dome (living space). We are creating an organic, Domestead farm where we will be living, as well as hosting classes, workshops, musicians, teachers and speakers. These classes will help teach and support community involvement and evolution, off-the-grid living, gardening, Dome living, vegetarian/vegan/healthy lifestyles & homesteading.

Before getting into the details of what's going on, and what is left to complete, we would like to talk about the gratitude gifts we are so excited to offer to anyone who donates at least $5!

This is fairly new to us, so it's both exciting and a little scary too... we are offering an opportunity for you to view a live stream video that will happen once the dome is complete, and it has passed the final inspections! This will be a question and answer live stream given by Michael and Terra (and possibly even Birdie, Terra's parents, and other guests!), as well as being informative, "what we've learned through the process", and a walk through of the dome and the property.

Our community has been incredibly supportive so far! People have come over to the Dome to place blessings, gifts and prayers into the walls before the drywall went up (many friends who couldn't be there in person even sent blessings and gifts from other states!), as well as individuals who have come over simply to bask in the energy & love this gorgeous Dome and land have to offer. Terra has been sharing pictures and videos on Facebook and Instagram of our process and progress since the very beginning. Many people have been sending us blessings, and cheering us on since day 1, and we feel so very grateful to feel connected to our community! That being said, we are ready to welcome you even more deeply into the process!!

We are so close! We still need to finish the ceiling, interior and exterior painting, railings and stairs, install all of the lights (interior and exterior), decks/stairs/railings, and finish work, plus 2 more inspections, including the final. All of this will only take about TWO WEEKS to complete once we have the rest of the funding, and then we will get moved in and start working on the organic gardens and the rest of the land. We plan to welcome community involvement and participation via garden and home/Domestead classes and workshare workshops, Reiki and other healing modality workshops, as well as music concerts, speakers and teachers! We have wanted to get our community more involved, and this seems like the best opportunity to make it all happen! In the meantime, we are working on getting a loan, and are even open to one or more individuals giving us short term, private loans, to be paid off very soon after the house is complete. Once the house is complete, we can borrow against it to pay off the private loans.

Beyond the livestream video, we are also offering individual gifts to those who donate and are interested. Michael and Terra are both Reiki Master Certified, and Terra creates handmade raw chocolate, jewelry and felt & needle felt gifts. We will happily create gifts, or offer local or distance Reiki sessions.

All donors will have access to the live stream, and will also receive one or more handmade gifts and/or Reiki sessions. If you donate and are interested in any or all of the above mentioned gifts, please let us know, and we will get your information privately.
