My name is Andrej and I need your help in opening a micro brewery. I live in the County of Istria and the offer of local craft beers is minimal, but as we are a tourist attractive location, the demand is huge. That is why you can find other Croatian, but also European craft beers on the shelves of our stores. In order to realize my plans, I need 13 thousand euros for equipment. From the equipment, I need a brewing system with a capacity of at least 200 liters, but the bigger the better. I would buy most of the necessary equipment from the Italian company Polsinelli (junior system 200L, 4 conical fermenters 100 L and others). For now, I have created two recipes of my own (Pilsner and IPA), I would like to brew the first Croatian CBD beer.
