Broken front teeth problem – need dental surgery

I have problems with my teeth all my life, because i have weak teeth and easily get broken with years even with good dental hygiene. That create more and more problems with everything.. i am not even counting other teeth just upper front that need to replace with implants and ceramic crown.. for now i have lost 3 front teeth (one was recently which give me punch to go with this), 2 was all broken and one has gone all include root teeth. So i need as soon as possible repair that and then i will can continue normal life with my business and others. So i will be more than grateful with yours help, because it will change my life more than anything now. I do not want to put a picture of my teeth because I know nobody wants to see it, maybe I put a more normal picture than it does not look so bad.
