Campaign Story
The Philadelphia Zoo just isn't the same anymore without the elephants. Let's raise some serious dough to convince the zoo to bring back the elephants. Everybody loved the elephants.
There are many people who won't go to the zoo anymore because the elephants were taken away. One of the longtime Philadelphia Zoo elephants, Dulary, an Asian elephant, died recently at the age of 50 in a barn at the Tennessee Elephant Sanctuary. She must have died of a broken heart. After 132 years of elephants, the Philadelphia Zoo sent its elephants packing.
This is strictly a financial matter for the zoo. With bigtime funraising, we can bring the elephants back home to Philly where they belong, for generations of children and adults to enjoy.
