Caring For Cambodia Fundraiser

Hi, I’m Darren (aged 10), currently working for a school charityfundraising project.

This fundraising campaign is for Cambodian children who are living in poverty. Your donation will make a big difference for the Cambodian children, which we will support them better supplies such as desks, books, pencils, and bags. The money you donate in this fundraising is going to be sent to a charity called Caring For Cambodia.

Here is some info about Caring For Cambodia (CFC): Caring For Cambodia (CFC) is changing the future of Cambodia to help improve their education skills. In Cambodia, some schools are not properly maintained, causing them to have cracks on the paint on the wall and dust in the classrooms. CFC hopes to help build a better well maintained school and to give out nesessary basic needs such as water, food, medicine, shelter, and clothing as well. Since 2003, CFC has achieved to help 6,600 children around Cambodia from preschool through high school.

This year I and some of my classmates are going on a mission trip in March to Cambodia to help them build a better school, provide them with needs that are vital for their education, and better conditions in the school for the children. A few dollars will make a big difference to help building their school a bigger and better one. This will lead to a better life for the children in need of basic supplies and a healthier environment. We hope this fundraising campaign will help you consider extending your interest in helping children in need with basic supplies for their life such as this type of fundraiser.
