Campaign Story
Welcome Senior "Kodiak" to the Project Golden Years program.
Kodiak sadly came to Rugaz not through a shelter, but from a Veterinarian whom we work closely with. Kodiak was brought into the clinic to be "Euthanized", because he was old and the owner was simply tired of caring for him.
Kodiak is an amazing little man who loves the company of little and big people, dogs and kitties of all kinds. This sweet soul deserved a chance to live out his Golden Years with someone who truly appreciated his amazing spirit and deserved to have him in their life.
Kodiak does have some masses around his body that do need to be aspirated and diagnosed so we can make a plan for his treatment to get him ready for adoption.
Project Golden Years already were over their financial limit with Hospice and Senior care dogs, but Kodiak deserved a chance at a happy ever after and not to have his life ended simply because someone thought he was too old and no longer wanted to deal with him.
Please help us support Kodiaks care to make him a happy, healthy sweet little man to find his amazing forever home to spend his Golden Years with.

Every dollar helps! Thank you so much... Without you, we wouldn't be able to help them!
