Help bring Eddie home

My husband, Eddie, has spent 24 years in prison because he was with the wrong person at the wrong time. He is also a victim from that terrible night. As a result of his conviction, he was removed from his family’s lives; his oldest daughter was only 4 years old and his youngest daughter was born 2 months after that horrifying night. He has missed both of their childhoods, the marriage of his youngest daughter and the birth of his first grandchild. Eddie & I met in 1985 while we were in middle school. We were in contact off and on through the years via his family. We each had a crush on the other but never revealed this until we reconnected in 2012. Eddie and I married in 2013 and I live in Texas. I have cancer and am unable to work. We all need him to come home. Eddie has spent more time in prison than he should and it is time for him to come home.

Half of the attorney fees have been paid but the balance of $2500 is due by the end of October. Gogetfunding also charges fees and this is the reason the goal is set at $3000 minimum needed. I will also incur costs (not included in goal amount) driving to NC, food, and a few nights in a motel then driving back home to Texas when he is released. Please help pay the fees to get Eddie home.
