Updates on International Young Breeders Championships 2017

Update posted by Chris Gould On May 31, 2017

So there is still time to donate. We are so excited that 17 teams have now signed up for this unique international event that brings young horse people together from around the world. These are not elite riders, but ordinary horse enthusiasts interested in learning how to breed a better sport horse.

Off line fund raising by the teams and support from the sponsoring body, the World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses (WBFSH) as well as amazing help from the host venue Spruce Meadows are making this possible. Canadian breeders are also stepping up by providing the horses for the competition.

But we still need your help to make this the best ever and a real celebration of Canada 150. Please donate today!

Entries have been received from 15 stud books, including two first time US entries. So please keep the donations coming so that we can really make this an outstanding event for these young people.

Now up to 16 teams!
