I appeal to anyone who can assist,my father needs a new ICD pacemaker at the end of January 2017 he has been diagnosed with sicksinus syndrome of the heart he is 100% dependant of the pacemaker,we do not have a medical aid and his medication is very expensive,my father means everything to me and my family.I will appreciate any help.Thank you

My Father needs an new icd pacemaker.He is diagnosed with Sick Sinus Syndrome an is 100% dependant on the pacemaker.His needs to be replaced end of Januarty 2017 .He is my everything to me and 4 other siblings.
