Many thanks to all of you for your support and help getting this project up on its feet. The performance was a huge success! It was front page in the South Bend Tribune and managed to get attention through the Notre Dame Liberal Arts college of Arts and Letters. We are aiming to release this recording in March of 2017. This is contingent upon raising the money, and upon our production manager securing a label for distribution. I will keep everyone updated on these matters.
Until then, here's a video of a rehearsal, and you can hear Barry Banks singing so beautifully!
The performance was a terrific success! And you all will see as soon as the recording is released, this next year!
It is not finished. We still have an impact to make, and we still have money to raise. Thank you all for your contribution! Share and inspire others to be part of this movement which is seeming more and more timely as the new year approaches.
The support from the community for this important endeavor has been amazing! A huge thanks to all the folks who have contributed to Emerson's important undertaking "Mass of the Oppressed". To those who haven't had the time to familiarize yourself with this project, I urge you to do so.
We still have over a month of fundraising to go, so please help by sharing this project with your friends and loved ones. This is something I know you will want to be a part of.
