Training schedule is now on the fridge, and successfully ran 6miles today... Even thought my running app said 22K which is definitely wrong and far to hopeful!!!!


Thank you all for your support so far, it is the motivation I need to get out of bed on a Sunday morning! Okay today’s goal is 9 miles! 😆😆😆😥 wish me luck 💪👍 x
