New Car Appeal

So my trusty(?) steed finally seems to have given up and after a number of slashed tyres, kicked-off wing-mirrors, scratches, dents, three wet and muddy badger culls and hunt sabbing seasons, some days involving having to keep driving because of alternator / battery problems, this last repair job is going to cost more than the car is worth. As much as I hate to see something get scrapped which could be fixed and stay useable, it is the way of the current world that it becomes more financially 'sensible' to get something new than to repair something old. And unfortunately we can't afford anything near enough money to get the car back on the road.

So sadly I'm having to get a 'new' car (new for me, but second-hand) and friends keep telling me to put up a fundraising page, so, very reluctantly, here we go. Any help is extremely appreciated!
