Help Me Get To My Uncle’s Funeral

On the morning of February 18th, my Uncle Francis died.  This is a man that endured being exposed to Agent Orange in during Vietnam.  In the past few years, he has survived an open heart surgery, two strokes, and beat his stomach cancer into remission.  And to top it all off, he was forced to have his leg amputated due to complications from his diabetes.

No matter what was going on, he always smiled; and I want to say goodbye.  

The problem is I recently (3 months) moved across country, and don't yet have the extra funds to go home to Washington and say my goodbyes.  So I'm asking for your help.  I need your help.  My pride just isn't as important as making it home for this.

I am hoping for donations to reach $1,000.  This will cover the last minute plane ticket, renting a car, living expenses (food and gas), and the cost of staying in a cheap hotel.  A portion of the leftover funds will be used to order materials for the rewards.

Whatever I have leftover after that, I will be giving the rest to Francis' wife of 54 years, Rose.
