Campaign Story
Around 6:30 am on November 9th., 2013; semi-retired general contractor Mike Voden and his wife of nearly forty years, a Ms. Pat Rollins, retired Michigan DSS section manager, were both abruptly awakened by a violent screaming argument between a woman and a man somewhere outside their home, somewhere nearby.
About 45 minutes later, as Mike was leaving to go to work, and walked out of his side door, one or more (big) hunting dogs, which had somehow {mysteriously} gotten into their electrically (fenced) and (gated) yard, turned aggressively toward Mike, who then drew + [defensively] pointed his handgun in the direction of a dog----
The dog suddenly almost instinctively ceased his menacing behavior but unfortunately and tragically the stranger also in the yard did not.......
With his back literally against the wall of their house, and at the last possible second Mike was forced to defend himself and his physically handicapped wife against a violent attempt to disarm him that left him splattered with the assailants blood, who then fell just a few feet from their then unsecured door into their kitchen---
The local police showed up immediately and in absolute spite of the obvious trespass of 40 feet and the very unexpected physical assault by the stranger, decided that it was NOT self defense........
Anyone wants to speak w. Mike may call him @ 928-474-1605

Everyone should have a right to a trial by jury and the right to be free of punishment until they are proven guilty. Help Mr. Voden get out so he can participate in his own defense...imagine yourself waiting in jail for more than a year because someone accused you of a crime and speedy trials are hard to find.
