I wish everyone a happy new year. Here are some updates on Cloe.

Cloe was finally discharged from the hospital on the 2nd of January. However, she was taken to an emergency surgery again as the shunt moved and they had to reopen to adjust it. (From the web: A shunt is a hollow tube surgically placed in the brain to help drain cerebrospinal fluid)

Her pathology results also came in. Unfortunately, the tumor is malignant and she will need both chemotherapy and radiotherapy. I am enclosing the pathology results for your reference.

We were hoping that we would have good news following the surgery, unfortunately, that is not the case. The family still needs funds to go through this very tough period in their lives. They do not have a place in Manila and they need support for the post-op treatment. So please help me spread the word.
