We have had a presence running one of the zones within one of the cull zones now since the night it started, stopping shooters on 2 occasions already, these are the face to face confrontations not the times shooters turn up see us then decided to move on without us knowing... we have bought new radios for our colleagues enabling them to keep in touch better which means they are both more effective and safer. The dream of thermal imaging gear is just that, a dream for us at AJs, without the help of the bigger better supported organisations we will always struggle.. but our badgers are as important as others and we will make do with what equipment we have.
