"STAY WHERE YOU ARE LOCKDOWN"

Update posted by Son Ly

As of right now, the "STAY WHERE YOU ARE LOCKDOWN" has been implemented for about 5-6 days now. This lockdown is implemented to prevent the spread from increasing. However, the idea is great but...

The Pros:

  • To enforce citizens from leaving their home
  • To prevent the spread of the virus
  • To pin out the infected area to enforce the vaccination prioritization process
  • To better monitor the infected in critical conditions because all hospital and quarantine areas are completed over capacited.

The Cons:

  • Shut down all shipping & logistic companies, they still are working on how to authorize the right paper for shipment.
  • Food is not being distributed to the right area that is needed most.
  • No approval for supporters, charity groups, and even volunteers to support distribute food and goods for those in need.
  • The government thinks that they can take care of it all but it is all for their own image not for the people.
  • Food is not being delivered for the past 5 days due to the overload of calls and orders, many markets had to shut down their application and phone services to complete all current orders, due to not enough manpower for shipping.
  • With the current situation in mind, imagine the people who don't have money to buy food. Even the people who have money to buy still can't buy food but they have more chances than most others. Why? cause they have all the connections and accessibilities.
  • Many many alleyways that are locked in and being left out, not everyone knows how to get there. (Who know how? We, the charity group that has been supporting these people. Now we can't go because the government won't let us travel or support us. if we do they will fine us)
  • No proper planning, logic, and logistics of using the support groups like us and many others to support.

It's just sad.

We are doing our best and getting the paperwork to approve somehow so that we can go and bring more hopes of survival to these people and families. I was able to send out more than 100 cases of milk so far for kids and the elderly with dry goods as well. Please support us because we are receiving a lot of calls and asking for support.
