PPUM Discharge Summary & Letter from IJN

As some of you have requested, we are attaching here the previous discharge summary from PPUM and the letter from IJN Cardio doctor explaining that she is not suitable for operation.
We do not have the latest admission summary. We will obtain it only once she is discharged. We will update once we have received it.
