- Dilated Cardiomyopathy in Congestive Heart Failure

- Community acquired Pneumonia(high risk)

- Acute Kidney Injury on top of Chronic Kidney Disease

- Diabetes Milletus Type 2

- Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
