Update posted by Erwin Michel Perral at 06:09 amAs of October 23, 2019Right now here are the diagnosis that the doctor presented to us.- Dilated Cardiomyopathy in Congestive Heart Failure- Community acquired Pneumonia(high risk)- Acute Kidney Injury on top of Chronic Kidney Disease- Diabetes Milletus Type 2- Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
