Before our fundraiser even formally started we had USD3,300 donated to purchase a 10,000l water tank and to install it at the school. As I write this a platform is being built for the tank. It needs to be 6 meters high to prevent elephants smelling the water and helping themselves at the expense of the tank. The height also helps to get water pressure. The completion will mean that during power load shedding, the kids can still go to school.
