Our little girl was admitted today for her pre-operation procedures. According to her mommy and daddy, she was brave, and had such extra appetite.

I will be able to see her still tomorrow, so I will have more updates by that time. But tomorrow should be her cardiac catheterization where she will need to be in a food fasting state.

Please lift up prayers for her successful procedure as (1) she’s REALLY not fond of hospitals (but who is, right?), and (2) cardiac cath quite gives you pain to imagine (know more here: https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/cardiac-catheterization/about/pac-20384695)

What I know too is that she will undergo 2D Echo. The last time she had one over the summer, I was there with her and it was hilarious! She was soooo bored during the procedure she was trying to keep herself busy or have fun but you can sense how bored she was and would like to get it over fast. But her anatomy is really different than the usual kid that we had to angle her at some side or the other so that the machine can see what it needs to find.
