First of all, a word of appreciation to all elephant lovers and supporters of Lek Chailert who have contributed so far with their generous donations. Today I was informed by Lek and her team that other donors will contribute, if all goes well, the remaining amount to the rescue of Thong Ae, so we decided to stop this fundraising until we are sure that everything will go for the best. Lek, as soon as she has news and assurance, will publish news on this subject.

Until then the amount collected here, with your help, will be transferred to the SEF and as soon as this happens, they will send confirmation and thanks to all of you. Please note that this will take some time because the GoFunRaising site takes about 8 days to transfer the money to my account. Thank you to all for your help and trust too on me.
