General:

The Worth Holding Corporation (WHC) is a company founded in 2008 that has been based in the US since 2014.

The company deals with stock market transactions in the US marketplaces and covers all areas of stock, options, futures and forex trading. The trading for the customers takes place after different in-house programs in different risk levels.

At the moment the company has an annual growth of 10 -15%. Our ambition is now to expand our field of activity in order to gain further sources of revenue.

The capital requirement amounts to a minimum of € 3,000,000 in words 3 million euros, whereby about two-thirds of the capital flows into the company as a capital increase and a third are used for the purchase of one-family properties for holiday letting.

This move is being taken to place Worth Holding Corporation on a second footing and to provide further safeguards during times of crisis.

The holiday homes will be located primarily in Florida in the first step and are therefore 12 months a year for tourists interesting. How the marketing looks in detail is described in the point service and offer.

The current company is debt-free and has an acceptable customer base. The traded equity is stable and through targeted risk management, total losses can almost be ruled out. The company was founded with very little equity and built up from existing customers.

The Future:

Competitors in the field of holiday real estate will face competitors from the institutional sector such as tour operators and charter companies as well as travel agencies and hotel chains. Our advantage lies in the fact that we also deliver something here, that others are looking for, we can provide individual care by people living on site as well as a familiar atmosphere and a "come back" feeling.

Marketing:

The marketing is divided into two main areas, in the field of financial services, we rely on direct marketing via telephone and blog publishing in social networks and on our homepage. We also send out newsletters and offer free e-books to get wide e-mail addresses.

In the area of holiday homes, we will use existing platforms such as HomeToGo and AirBnB. On these platforms we will offer our houses, furthermore we will set up a homepage with all offers and countless photos. In the second step, the holiday homes will then be made available to travel agents and we would also like to make a service to any airlines.

Financial planning, future, capital requirements:

According to the company Worth Holding Corporation, as already mentioned, debt-free, only the possible capital expenditure on your part remains for financial planning.

Therefore, first of all, for capital requirements: As mentioned in the introduction, we speak of a capital injection of a minimum of € 3,000,000, with just one third going into the new project and two thirds remaining as a capital reserve in the Worth Holding Corporation. With a higher capital investment, only the new project would be extended. The capital backing of Worth Holding Corporation would remain the same at 2 million.

The financial plan now looks as follows: From the 2 million in the Worth Holding Corporation, it should be possible to generate a return of 20% a year. This return would be used to repay the loan and the new project would be unaffected by this burden.
