Hello Friends and Family,

Daniel's arraignment was yesterday morning. There were no surprises or changes to the charges. One accuser many counts. Daniel pleaded not guilty. His hearing was set for late January. This hearing just begins the process. He will remained incarcerated for the duration. We sat so he could see us and was joined by his wonderful and supportive colleagues. We took up most of the first two rows. Thank you to all who showed up to support Daniel.

We managed to pay the lawyer half of her total quoted fees to get her started. We are now organizing to ensure we can come up with the 2nd half and be able to pay the additional associated fees required to hire investigators, psychological and forensic specialists. We continue to ask for support by funding the cause. The only way to ensure justice is coming in with a strong defense. We intend to do that.
