Daniel Gonzales is Innocent

On December 7th, 2017, my cousin Danny was falsely accused of hideous crimes defaming his reputation and destroying his career as a dedicated educator.

He was wrongly incarcerated under false pretenses and his bail is set too high for us to post bail. We have assembled a team of family members and friends dedicated to support him. We, Danny's defense team, include his loving wife Rebecca, her sister Angela, Danny's teacher's assistant Kelly, his brother Steve and myself, his cousin Nikki.

Our position is our beloved Danny is 100% innocent and we intend to fight and defend him until he is exonerated. The funds collected will go primarily towards his defense, including, but not limited to retaining a defense attorney, private investigators and forensic specialists. A smaller percentage may go towards commissary books (which provide him buying power inside the detention facility for undergarments, food, toiletries etc.) and other expenditures necessary to sustain Danny while he is incarcerated.

I love and believe in my cousin very much. This is a devastating nightmare for our family to endure. Supporting this cause will help ensure we have the funding to defend an innocent man who has been wrongly accused and whose life has been turned upside down.

We have already retained a lawyer and are ensured fees will be costly and continuous for a long duration of time. It will mean so much to all of us, if you can join our fight for justice. With your help, we will see Danny released, exonerated and free once again.
