I'm extremely delighted that you've helped this campaign get off to a flying start—70% funded in the first 100 hours. That just seems incredible.

Everyone who contributes receives an ebook and past the $25 level a paperback, too. Once the campaign is over on November 13, I will immediately update the book's text to include an acknowledgments page.

The ebook will become available to download within 72 hours and I will send you the link to receive it.

The paperback will also be updated immediately. It will take approximately 10 to 14 days for Createspace (the online publisher) to have the print version ready. When this occurs, I will let you know. Then I will place the order for you and it will either be delivered directly to you, or for donation levels that include a signed copy, it will come to me first to be signed, then I will send it to you.

For people outside the US, Createspace prints in different locations around the world, so you should receive the book fairly quickly. If you are receiving a signed copy, obviously that will take a little longer and I'll keep you posted when I ship it.
